ⓘ Little Ajo Mountains

The Little Ajo Mountains is a mountain range in southern Arizona, in extreme western Pima County, Arizona. The city of Ajo sits on the northeast of this small mountain range. Both the mountain range and city take their name from the Spanish word for garlic.

Range 13 13-21 km 21-km range and connected loosely Northwest to Mountain childs from the North-West to South-East of a small mountain, in the southern part of the valley childs. AHO is located in the centre-East of the range, and is famous for the new Cornelia open pit copper mine located in the mountains of AHO.

Peaks in a small mountain AHO include the isolated black mountain which lies to the South of ajo and has a peak elevation of 917 feet 3.008 m. Peak cardigan 2.922 feet 891 m lies in the main mountain range in the West of AJO. The peak of AJO 2.619 legs 798 m and the peak North of AJO 2.776 feet 846 m isolated peaks in the South-West of AJO. Camelback mountain in 2.573 feet 784 m is located South of ajo and the new Cornelia goes to the pit just to the East.

In the Batamote mountains are located in the North-East, Pozo Redondo mountains located to the East, in the mountains, Bates and AXO lies to the South and grumpy are the mountains to the West. Barry M. Goldwater range, the air force lies to the North and West of the mountains and Cabeza Prieta national wildlife refuge is also located in the West.
